Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the Career Test.
How long does the Career Test take?
About 6 minutes on average. The test has 24 statements you rate on a scale, and most people complete it in 5–8 minutes.
What does the Career Test measure?
It measures career interests using the Holland (RIASEC) model, the framework behind most professional career guidance. You get a dominant interest type, your scores across all six, and concrete fields that fit.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your responses are processed in your browser. We don't sell personal data and our practices comply with GDPR and CCPA. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Can I retake the Career Test?
Yes — as often as you like. We recommend waiting at least 30 days between retakes for a meaningful comparison, since short-term mood and life events can shift your responses.
Is this a clinical diagnosis?
No. This measures interests, not aptitude, qualifications or market demand. Interest predicts job satisfaction and how long people stay in a field — it says nothing about whether you would be good at it.
