Refund Policy

1. Free tests, optional one-off payment

Every test on IQ-EXAMS.COM is free to take. After a test you can unlock your full results for free by sharing the test, or immediately with a one-off payment. You never have to pay, and there is no subscription: a payment is a single purchase with no recurring charges.

2. 14-day refund

If you paid to unlock your results, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment. You do not need to give a reason.

3. How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment.
• Tell us the email address you used when paying and the date of the payment.
• We refund the full amount to the payment method you used.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days before the refund shows on your statement.
• If you were charged twice, or your results did not unlock after you paid, write to the same address and we will put it right.
• Taking a test and unlocking results by sharing cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund for them.

4. EU consumer rights

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day refund applies to customers in every country, and nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law of your country.
